Our Monster Web Hosting Plans are designed to take care of the health of your website so that you don’t have to worry. This includes ongoing support, a responsive service team that you can get a hold of if and when you need to, and keeping your website software and plugins up to date. These updates are undertaken on a scheduled basis every 6 months. This proactive approach has proven to be very successful in keeping our sites free from cyber attacks or unwanted activity, and while we cannot guarantee this, we take all possible precautionary steps to keep your site safe and online.
Additionally, but not charged for
We don’t believe in locking business owners into contracts. Instead, we believe that if we do a good job and deliver good service you will be happy to stay on with us.
Monster hosting services are reserved exclusively for websites that have been built by our clever team.
In some cases, we allow other WordPress sites to be transferred to our servers but only once it has been thoroughly checked and approved – this helps to ensure that we can offer the best site maintenance and ongoing support for our clients.
