If you have been approved for a Monster Membership, the following terms and conditions apply.

All Membership payments are made by direct debit. It is a requirement to set up a direct debit using the link provided.
Your deposit will be debited two business days before your scheduled Website Planning meeting.
Monthly payments are debited on the 20th of each month. The first monthly payment will be taken the month after your deposit payment. All paperwork will be sent to you via email for your accounting records.
Your website package will be delivered in line with the estimate provided and agreed to. Any requests outside the original project scope will incur additional charges, which will be communicated by our project manager before work begins.
Your monthly Membership rate will only increase if our prices rise by 10% or more. You will receive one month’s notice of any price change.
