The measure of a success website for Sarah was generating bookings, so Monster set out to improve the user journey on her site and connect in her new CRM system.
Fortunately Sarah had lots of professional photography to share with us and we used these images to create a slick new design while making sure it aligned with her brand guidelines. Including plenty of call to actions for website viewers to book a ‘Discovery Call’ with Sarah to encourage them to take action.
In addition to a new design and engaging copy, there were many integrations added to the site. We integrated Kartra to automatically add all the details of the lead directly into her calendar and CRM system removing the need for manual data input – or leads being lost.
There were extra features added too – a login section for existing clients to access programs directly, video testimonials specific to each program and easy access to purchase her digital e-book.
The resulting website showed a huge improvement on the user experience with clients commenting straight away on how great the new site looks! Now when Sarah promotes her site via social media channels, users can easily navigate to the information they’re finding and spend more time on her site than previously.
