Fully Managed Website Hosting Services
Our fully managed website hosting services take care of the health of your website so that you don’t have to. This includes WordPress & WooCommerce updates, making sure your plugins are up to date, keeping your site secure and checking that things are working as they should. These updates are undertaken on a scheduled basis every 6 months. This proactive approach has proven to be very successful in keeping our sites free from cyber attacks or unwanted activity, and while we cannot guarantee this we do take all precautionary steps to keep your site safe and online.

Monster hosting services are reserved exclusively for websites that have been built by our clever team (with the exception of business acquisitions).
In some cases we do allow other WordPress sites to be transferred to our servers only once it has been thoroughly checked and approved – this helps to ensure that we can offer the best site maintenance and ongoing support for our clients. We offer two hosting packages and will advise which one will best suit your needs.
The small details
- Our hosting fees are payable monthly or annual if preferred
- Hosting payments are to be setup via direct debit (effective 1/1/2022)
- Accounts that are in arrears of three months or more will result in website hosting services being suspended
- No refunds will be given for hosting services or partial months/years
- Our website servers are located in Australia and NZ
- If your website grows and requires more disk space we will contact you to discuss your options and associated costs
- On cancellation of hosting, a charge of $120+gst is applicable if you would like a full backup of website files supplied
- We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions or the details of our packages at any time
