Paying for hosting is like paying online rent, it allows your website to be visible online every day to your prospective customers. Every website is required to pay for hosting and you can choose whether you prefer this to be done monthly or annually. Our hosting and care plan services include 2 x domain names, some editing time each month, backups and annual website reviews.

Your website will be live within these timeframes if you follow our project schedule or sooner if you are super speedy and organized. With so many different platforms available that can be used to build websites, it can be hard to know what will be right for you. At Monster Creative we use WordPress to build websites for all of our service based clients and if you’re an online store then we use Shopify and WooCommerce. These are the two industry leading platforms across the world.

Yes if you wish to move your website to another provider we can package up your website files for you. You’ll need to check that the new host can manage WordPress websites first. Of course we’d prefer you to stay with us and if your website is doing a good job then we know that you’ll stay with us.
Yes you can most definitely edit your own website. We offer an online training course to cover off the basics of how to do this properly and some of our packages include a 1 on 1 training session too.

No, We’ve chosen not to provide email hosting services to our clients and instead dedicate all our resources to quality websites that generate leads to help your business grow. Your emails should be managed by either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with a reliable IT expert to assist. We recommend contacting Ultra IT for your email hosting needs.
Testing is a very important part of your new website going live. Part of our testing process will include Mobile Display, Cross Browser Testing to ensure your website works on all browsers, proofreading, link checking and the most important of all, making sure you are receiving the enquiry forms from new prospective customers.
We recommend that either your website company or your IT company manages your domain name on your behalf. This way the correct DNS records can be updated to point in the right direction without you having to understand the technical stuff.
